I am sure if you reside at Normandie Ridge you may br happy. If however you are a rehab or memory care patient......good luck ! Imagine a 94 y.o. woman being admitted on a Monday in April 2022 and two days later contracting covid, after the family being refused to allow use of a commerical , surgical grade air purifier in her room. The patient for 10 days received no physical therapy while in quarantine and was warehoused with essentially no care. Worse yet, for the entire 30 day stay did not have a shower due to poor staffing. Very, very infrequent sponge "baths" were administered, and did nothing more than move around some dust and dead skin. When physical therapy was administered, the the session was a 80-90 step walk around the room. Skilled nursing care was so very poor, but a few nurses aides did step up and bring this poor soul some ice water The state of Pennsylvania should do a very thorough but covert investigation of this very, very profit oriented facility. No shame there!

A beautiful, hospital community. From the moment you meet staff, to the time that you visit with a resident, you are made to feel welcomed, cared for and valued. The facilities are top-notch. Those whom I know that live at Normandie Ridge feel loved; enjoy the many activities; appreciate the upkeep and care of the facilities; and know that they are valued members of the community.

NR has been a haven during illnesses and accidents, the death of my husband as I was upheld by the compassion, courage, and friendliness of friends and staff. My needs are anticipated and I love my apartment.
