I have lived here for just under a year and I love my apartment! Management (my liaison, Deana) as well as Maintenance have been excellent too! I have only good things to say, thank you! 11/03/2022 Nothing says “I love my apartment” better than signing my second lease to stay another year! Now let me be a bit more effusive! Deana and all management are the best, responding to all my needs and keeping the building in great condition! The maintenance engineers are also the best, professional, knowledgeable and available for repairs. The building is awesome and kept spotless by the outstanding crew responsible for this! The location of the red brick building is also perfect; downtown amenities include (in walking distance) a grocery store, drug store, numerous great eateries, churches and USPS, all along a lovely historic tree-lined street. The inside of my apartment is also terrific; very nice marble kitchen counter, new appliances, washer/dryers on each floor, central air/heat, a big living room with an open concept. I love my apartment and have been very happy here! I highly recommend 232 East Market Street Apartments, you’ll love it! Thank you to all who make my residency here a great experience!

Beautiful building. Great rooftop deck, gym, storage space and other amenities. Other tenants are friendly. Dena has been great in taking care of any concerns.

I love this place so much! Gives you that luxury feeling with an urban twist. It’s also close to everything downtown. The light that shines through my apartment is perfect for shooting videos and I look forward to waking up every day!!
