I wish I could give this place a zero star. My uncle has been in this facility for a few weeks. He has fallen out of bed twice now and they still keep him in a regular bed, his clothes that my aunt took in for him are missing, he has lost so much weight because they don't help him eat, and they truly don't care about my uncle's wellbeing.

On the 4th floor while visiting my friend there was a gentleman in the TV room in a wheel chair that reclined. He was only in a shirt and depend; he wet that it ran onto the floor. He was brought his evening meal and had to eat in overflowing diaper. A towel was under the chair when I arrived. I feel this is neglect and had been there without regard for his dignity. Hope you get better staffed.

Hi! Thank you Olivia! There are many factors that go into the cost of care for a nursing facility. Some people may have long term care insurance that pays all or a part of the cost. Other people may have a primary insurance that pays a portion or just for certain services. We also work with our residents to get them approved for Medicaid. Medicaid then decides the amount that the resident will pay toward care. The best idea would be to call our admissions department and they can answer all your questions. 717-840-7153. Thank you.
Yes but they have to have a shots record with them and only certain animals
I am one of the dietary aides and i heard that the new owner won't come in until Wednesday
I'm new and part time. I don't qualify (so I'm told). I understand there is a union but don't know if you can opt out.
Same as anyone else, around Noon. The carts are delivered to different floors at different times. Three carts to a floor, so it's a process to get everyone fed.
