This Honestly has to be the worst vet experience I ever had, brought my dog here to get some exams for a skin condition, they did the exams, Indicate some medicine for it. After the treatment wasn’t successful I came to tell them the condition only grew worse they wanted to do the same check again as if would show anything different and charge me extra for it. They just worry about taking your money. Doctors never speak face to face to you because they’re always overbooked.

This place is horrible. It’s only good if you need basic regular care and if your pet is already fairly healthy. It’s only worth it because of the affordable price. However, I took my dog to 4+ different appointments to be told the same minimum information. No further research, details, nor information was provided unless I directly asked and since I’m not a vet a lot of the times I left with incomplete information. I had to go home and do my own research when I just left the vet because they gave me no suggestions/treatment plan for how to help my dogs SEVERE allergies. They simply said “he’s too young for allergy testing. Here’s some basic allergy info”. They even scheduled him for an appointment he could not complete because he was too young and they did not notice until I was already there with him. Every time we went or called it was as if they never even looked at his records. They never knew what was going on with him. If you tell them what you need and what you want they’ll give it to you, but if you’re new at this and need more attentive care this is not the place to go. Just lots of miscommunication and sometimes not even any effort to reassure owners. Some of the doctors are great but I guess mine wasn’t. To top things off the first couple of times I took my dog he was excited and wagging his tail. Then after that he did not want to go to the back, and he was pulling against the leash to not go back there. He’s never had this type of reaction when I take him to the groomers nor to the other vet I had to find. So beware.

Very professional and always checking up after appointments. Thanks to them, my little girl is still going. They continue to provide us with quality care.

STAY AWAY!!!! I was tricked into buying a monthly vet plan and my dog is urgently sick and they want me to wait a MONTH to see the veterinarian. This month long WAIT is EVERYWHERE Banfield is. I recently went to THRIVE, and I see the vet same day. I wish someone would of told me sooner. The staff at Banfield is great but they have great staff at other places as well. DO NOT GET FOOLED into the monthly plan to NEVER see a veterinarian.

Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals and small mammals. Contact your nearest Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your hamster in for a veterinary visit. You can get an estimate on the rate during the call as well. Alternately, you can use the price estimator on our site.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello!! For questions like this one I suggest to call them directly, as i am aware they don use this platform to answers or give medical advises. Good luck! ⭐⭐⭐
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
In my case I do it in automatic payments. Great service.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Theres a coupon on their website for new patients and you can screen shot it on your phone and show it to them and the first exam is free they also will to answer your question after the exam let you know what they find
Theyre not honest
