I can not thank Mark Albers enough. I need words to describe what makes him a perfect sales person. I loathe (putting it mildly) car buying. I had a car low miles set for sometime. Life happens. The car was stolen, totalled. I sent a note asking about a car. Mark responded; that sold, how about...he was patient. Asked the right questions to find out what I wanted. He did not oversell. I am semi retired and needed to make sure the newer vehicle would fit my budget. Other dealers /sales people wanted to put me in a car with payments I would have been uncomfortable with. Two weeks of insurance/ police reports/looking online day and night for that one vehicle that checked all the boxes. You know what...it ended up being the car that Mark had offered (and I originally scoffed at). It is the first time in my driving experience that I enjoyed! BThe buyingexperience!!! And please don't forget what I was dealing with at the time.

This dealership went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle that was right for us. After we found a vehicle we liked, we had to come back two different times (twice with our kids) just because our schedules and childcare situations were so crazy. They were really accommodating, though, and were so nice to our three small kids. They found things to keep the boys busy while the paperwork and everything was being processed. I really love my new vehicle, the service and support we got from Carlos and Randy was top-notch, and I definitely feel like we got a good deal- both on the price of my new car and on our trade-in.
