The staff at Chavis/Faribault Vacuum & Sewing are top notch. I went in with a specific need and Jeremy explained the options, technology and capabilities of what they had available. I feel confident in my purchase and that I can call and get questions answered and any service I may need done right in the store. My husband shopped for a vacuum while I was shopping for a sewing machine and was equally impressed with the knowledge and customer service he received. I’ll drive the extra miles to get this kind of service!

I’ve had the opportunity to provide a service to Chavis and ended up buying the Riccar vacuum. Great people and great product. Had it for almost a year and we love it.

My Riccar vacuum was not picking up things so I brought it to Chavis Vacuum and Sewing. They put a new belt in my vacuum, plus new brush strips and filter. It is like brand new. It has so much power that I have to be careful with rugs. They even gave me a fancy new vacuum bag. They are fantastic. Thank you MB.

Do you repair shark robotic vacuums. It makes a horrible noise and does not suck up.

We do if it’s serviceable

I have an Oreck XL commercial vacuum that starts and then shuts off within seconds. It worked well before we changed the roller brush. Can you suggest a fix or do you work on these vacuums?
