This is really bad hospital 5 hours wait in wait room for me and my son see dr and had have someone drive me 26 min from my home to get seen by other hospital and this hospital was best but in Burnsville hospital is really bad and need to be lit cleaner , now treat patients lot better

I was in the emergency for my pregnancy cramping. I was miscarriage last year, so I was so afraid it happens again. In the emergency I have to wait for 2 hours for getting a room to check up. It is so ridiculous. I have to leave, I can't wait to get the room for check up. How you call the emergency and there is no room???

Absolutely zero compassion or concern. Checked my wife in for severe ear sweeping and pain, so much that she couldn’t open her jaw. The PA that saw her rolled his eyes and demanded that she open her mouth wider, even though she couldn’t! Then started yanking on her painful ear without explaining what he was doing or going to do beforehand. Just zero bed side manner at all. Seriously, go anywhere else! You’re just as likely to get hurt more here as you are to get healed!
