The customer service staff have no respect. they don't connect you, with the person you want to meet. , they put it on hold and disappear. They tell you to wait and call. They say you can't call after ten hours. If they don't change the procedure, they will ruin the good name of the hospital, but I hope it will improve.

The doctors and nurses were amazing.

Surgeon and 2 nurses were awesome. Beds do not have call buttons. Don't lose the controller because you will scream in agony for an hour for help. Then out of luck and in the dark found the phone on the table that I managed to reach and called the operator to ask for help. She called the nurse station and they finally came to check on me. Sobing in pain they had 3 in the room to help me.

After a Football game for my 7th grade son, where he was pretty badly injured. My husband and I found ourselves at Regions Hospital. My son ended up having a Displaced Spiral Fracture of his right Tibia. And the staff quickly jumped into action, making him feel comfortable. And doing everything that they could to take away his pain!! I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing every encounter was. From beginning to end. The staff made my son feel very comfortable, and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you Regions ER staff, Radiology Staff and MD’s for being so amazing.

Unfortunately this world seems to care but they don't they think their helping but their not my best regards to you and your son best do your own research and find something to help cause I am here today and I'll see what I need to do cause I am expecting the same damn results.
There has been a COVID vaccine clinic onsite at Regions during the last 2 weeks. I'm not sure what the qualifications are to be able to get a vaccine at their site, but it may be worth inquiring. From what I could tell, the vaccine recipients were all elderly patients.
They have waiting rooms and areas for families to sit in the hallways. They also have couches in the rooms for someone to sleep on. They were very helpful and nice when our whole family was there for my dad in intensive care.
For family it's anytime.. my dad was on 5th floor ICU south building n I would go at 1 or 2 in the morning n visit but u have to have an ID cause they take a picture n give u a name tag ..

God bless our Frontline staff!!!!!!
Can I wait with my son in the ER if he is of age?
What are Visiting hours
Yes
Thanks for the information
No, Regions does not have on-site dentistry. In fact, most hospitals don't. You should look for an emergency dental clinic.

I don't believe so. Had an eye injury years ago, and they gave me a pain reliever and told me to see an optometrist.
You sort of have to plan it out and order your food before the cafeteria closes. The delivery of the food takes an hour-hour and a half....so ordering before you are hungry is the best way! If you plan ahead, it works seamlessly, and we always thought it was really nice having food delivered to our room. Let's you focus on what's important!
No, there is no child care available.
West parking
No age limit
That is a question for your nursing staff and the patient. Regions tries to honor patients wishes and needs all while keeping the the patients care as their first priority. All in all there is always exceptions and they can work with you just speak with your care team. Hope this helps.
There is South 9 (S9) that is a medical care floor. Central 9100 & 9300 are more rehabilitation units.
What do you mean.
Yes there is
You would need to contact someone in medical records at the hospital.
