How do you shake someone into understanding a law firm is fantastic in an easily overlooked over Google review? By telling the truth and saying this firm wasn't able to help the situation that's bogging down myself and son, and that I would without hesitation direct someone in need to this law firm and especially to Elizabeth Del Cid. We've all met attorneys. I've come across good, bad, and average lawyers. I've had lawyers cause harm... So it's safe to say, in my opinion, I've had an array of experiences with lawyers and I have deep gratitude to have come across this firm and to have seen care, compassion, dedication and oddly (for lawyers) fast response time that this firm showed me. Not only did they show me this treatment, but it was blazingly clear that have this same caliber of respect, dedication and drive for the cases they are able to take on. This firm can, has already and will carry out what many can't even stomach to hear.... So if there's a reason you need these pipe hitter attorneys with hearts of gold (I don't say that lightly) know that they've got you to the end and with folks like Elizabeth Del Cid and the experience I had with her..... You'll know and feel like you have value and someone is there for you. On top of what I've already said about this law firm... They were detailed and explained the process of the court cases even though we both knew at that time they were unable to take our specific case... That is the kind of above and beyond I'm speaking about. I was even given a follow-up the following day.... All my experiences with lawyers... good, bad, mediocre and lawyers who I've paid to represent me.... This firm out shines all of them and all the way over here on the other side of the country where I live in Oregon. That's how impressed, touched and staggered by the humanity that I could hear and feel oozing from this firm and again... They could not help me and oh boy could I tell they wanted to. I told Elizabeth that they are mini superheros and I feel that others should know that too! Only disappointment was the Department of Justice intercepting.

Some states have opened windows for previously time-barred survivors to seek accountability and compensation in civil courts for the pain and suffering they’ve carried for decades. These retroactive windows have revolutionized the child protection movement.
We have worked with survivors for over 30 years. From the moment you call you will be in the care of people who understand what you have been through and how difficult it is to share your truths. At every step in the process, we feel deeply and work tirelessly in response to the injustice our clients have suffered. We have a reputation for being the best at what we do, and that begins and ends with our ability to support, protect, and guide survivors along their journey towards justice and healing.
Yes. In our thirty plus years of representing plaintiffs the majority of our cases are filed as “John” or “Jane Doe.” The decision to use your name is completely up to you and will be respected by your lawyers, the court, and the media.
