Unprofessional. Last minute cancellation of our first meeting (literally an hour beforehand) saying that she had Covid. Then, we scheduled a second meeting and it was cancelled again (day before). She had her secretary call us and say she’s unable to take our case all of a sudden. We had been in communication with her for weeks regarding our situation. Now we’re scrambling to find someone else in a short timeframe to help us. I would not recommend this office based on these things.

If you've been injured at work or in an accident or are just confused and frustrated and don't know the next move you should make in dealing with an injury, I highly recommend contacting Gretchen Hall! She and her staff are amazing and handled all of my questions and and concerns promptly and effectively! I had a different attorney to start on this matter and I'm so very grateful I switched to her... I never give 5 stars but they deserve it!
