Was hung up on and given no information regarding my birth certificate today 01/19/2021. It’s been over a month since my request. I was informed via email that it was mailed on 01/04/21z The representative was rude the entire call and refused to tell me her name before abruptly hanging up. Very unprofessional.

Just got off the phone this morning (12/08/2021) with the rudest representative. His demeanor was so disrespectful unprovoked. Making snide comments and laughing, so unprofessional. This man should not be answering phones let alone work in customer service. Very embarrassing for this establishment to have people like this working there. Avoid calling if you can help it.

Just got hung up on 11/29/2021 8am. Trying to receive assistance for my sons birth certificate. Just called back and Asked to be transferred because I was hung up on. They hung up the phone again.... wow... no way this is government run.
