I went to the ER with chest pains and difficult breathing thought maybe it was my AFib they checked my enzymes for my heart and said they checked for blood clots and it wasn't any of them and let me go a few hours after getting home I hacked up a blood clot from my lungs that they didn't even x-ray but said I had no blood clots go at your own risk after passing the blood clot my chest no longer hurt and I wasn't having any more difficult breathing. The nurses where great the two ER Dr sucked they could have caused me to die! This was October 15 2022 at 4pm they released me at 740pm

Aside from the ER, this place doesn't seem bad. Pretty quick & friendly staff & very helpful with directing where to go if they can't fix the issue. However, something I noticed when taking my daughter to her physical therapy session this morning: waiting to check out, there was a small group of staff standing behind the counter to the side of the desk, loudly talking about difficult patients. There was a room full of people waiting that could hear this. I even said in a normal voice, "This is very unprofessional" but nobody could hear me because of how loud they were. This is probably the most inappropriate place for the conversation they were having & had I been any of the patients they mentioned, I'd have been mad & demanded to speak to someone about the situation. Doesn't help that one of them made eye contact with me before jumping right back into their conversation. This is probably why so many reviews have less stars & more complaints. I suggest the staff keep the complaints & comments to a minimum or at least go into a private room where walk-ins won't hear. Had I seen their name tags, I'd have listed them in this review but lucky for them, I finished up quick and left. Happens again, I'll ask for names directly & update the review so people can request a more professional doctor/nurse/midwife/etc. I'd hate for someone to complain about me openly around a bunch of coworkers/strangers. Oh and by the way, from what I heard, sounds like the difficult patient had all the right to ask them to verify info and if anything, the complainer wasn't doing their job properly. This would explain the childish behavior I witnessed today; seriously, I felt like I was back in school and the mean kids were hanging out, laughing and twisting stories for the attention. Sorry for the rant, but at least I'm doing this in the right place, not when I'm clocked in at work where people are waiting to be seen.

If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would but with a rating of 2.4 well that says alot right there. This place is a joke a long with the staff that works there if you really need help go to hospital any where but here .

They are extremely slow your not their priority when you go there. waited in a waiting room for more than two hours will not be coming back to this hospital I'd rather drive a hour away to Jeffersonville at least they act like they care about you
