I believe that if you are running in the barrel show and pay an entry fee for running that you should not have to pay to get into the fair. If you want to buy ride bracelets or tickets, that's fine, but you shouldn't have to pay to get into the fairgrounds to be able to run in the barrel show.

Yes. At the gate ask for an exhibitor pass. Its $25 but doesnt include rides.
