Store closes at ten , I arrived around 8:45 and the workers followed us around consistently asking while having bad attitudes if we needed help (obviously annoyed we are in the store) , the what seemed like manager on shift stormed around the store frantically taking customers carts I heard her take another clients cart and the client tell her hey that’s my cart to which she then came over and asked me if the cart DIRECTLY NEXT TO ME was mine, I said yes and she stormed off. I felt this was odd . 9:15 on the dot the workers TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS while we were still shopping… awkwardly forcing us out of the store. I could understand if it was ten minutes before close but it was 45 minutes. Mind you, even a “hey guys were closing soon just wanted to let you know “ would have been fine. But the staff clearly lacks the maturity to do so. Do not come to this location. Unprofessional and incredibly rude.

My wife was disappointed in her purchase at another store, returned the item, and was pleasantly surprised to find a better replacement at Michaels. When she visited there, she was inspired by the great variety of products and items. Great experience for her.
