1 ht wait to drop lab work off. When waitroom was empty and 3 people just standing around. Ridiculous!

After seeing all the low reviews I’m not even surprised at the experience I had. I try to avoid these places but since it is the holiday unfortunately My primary doctor was closed. There were three people in the waiting room yet it was a four hour wait? How does that even happen. Either way I’m not even bothered by that because I get it to an extent. What my problem is is the three ladies you had working today on Labor Day. I walked in and stood in front of these women for a good 7 min without even getting a hello or one moment. I work in customer service and I would never blatantly ignore anyone in my establishment. When the one lady finally decided to get off her phone she said did we call you up? Knowing they watched me walk in and stand there. What is that? After so many bad reviews you would think that maybe you might want to look into who’s running these places. If you hate your job quit, there’s tons of other places you can be miserable at that you don’t have to deal with the public. People clearly are going because they don’t feel. Do better.

Longest time I have ever waited. A hour and a half still not be see. I won't come here again. Worst place ever to go never again.

I can appreciate Northwestern Immediate Care in other locations. My experience was a bit different at this location. That area is filled with medical “professionals” at various clinics, that just say, “go across the street to the other clinic.” Ummm that’s why I’m here, seeking medical care…… They disregard you in a vulnerable state just because it’s inconvenient for them. I don’t understand. Don’t you all take an oath to help people? It’s literally your job. Anyway, don’t go here.

Yes
Call your primary doc tell your doc to put it in the system over the phone than u can go. So the answer to your question is yes
If they have the order for the blood test, they can go to any NW convinient care, go in and do it. Most of the NW convinient care got walk in service.
Only if you are seen by one of the Doctors there. A rapid test can't be used for travel, return to work, or school.
Yes! Just did yesterday
