My husband and I went to jamesons for dinner. We had reservations at 6 we were seated very quickly. More and more people we’re getting seated so our server was very overwhelmed. Our server took too long to take our order and take our drinks. He had too many tables. The front was not communicating well with the kitchen and or the servers. We ordered 2 filets and we ordered medium temperature but they both came out raw. So they took the steak back and I would have thought they would have given us brand new pieces of steak but they were the same ones and definitely charred this time. We just wanted to get out of there so we ate, paid the bill and left. We got there at 6 and left at 8. That is completely ridiculous. We will probably not go back.

First time and last time. Not impressed at all. First picked wine and got in dirty wine glass, full of someone's fingers and lips. The glass was exchanged right away but the new one came back kind of clean, there was some dry food stick to the side of the glass, utensils were cracked and really looked dirty ( i think cheap metal absorbing water and detergent causing stains) . Since I am seafood person and this one has seafood in the name I thought this is going to be nice place to get what i like. Ok first look at the menu. There are stakes, pasta, sandwiches and sea food. LOL you should see my surprise when i saw only two positions containing only shrimps. Ok finally we got special manu and there i was able to pick my dish. Alaskan Halibut. Its coming with Two large pieces covered by I think some cheese andon a side cold rice, my companion ordered grilled steak and shrimp which came without shrimps, all dishes came with 4 pieces of asparagus. Large portions which you are not able to eat and sorry to say but the fish tasted like was heated in microwave. After that evening I marked this place as another place called "been there, tried that and never come back".

I have not been here in a couple of years I was less than impressed, very good wait staff just the quality of the food in my opinion and it means nothing but to me was not what it used to be

Most of our food was really good, but service was very slow. Appetizers were very good, but chicken parm was very rubbery. They offered to replace it with something else, but After waiting 2 hrs to get our food, he just went without. Hamburger was good, but then took 15 minto get someone to bring ketchup- none on the burger. Our reservation was at 6pm and we didn't leave until after 9. Unfortunate - Jameson's has been very good in the past. Odd thing was they didn't appear to be understaffed- lots of servers, bus boys, manager, and hostesses walking around. Maybe the burgers and chicken were too much of oddball items for them?
