I'm changing my rating on this, since I had a very different positive experience in my last visit, upon inquiring I learnt this business has a new owner, which made sense why the customer service is so good now, compared to the previous owner.

It depends on where you bought the shoes. You could check with UPS and ask them if they can supply the label, or contact the store and ask them for the procedure for returning them.
