BEWARE! I never write reviews, but I have to warn others. I don’t have a problem with their products, but the way they handled customer service. We were getting odor and scheduled a service. They asked all kinds of question over the phone so knew the situation. We waited several days; and when the service guy came, he walked in and quickly pushed our salt down (which apparently was stuck to side). He said it happens then said “no service needed.” He was in our home less than 2 minutes! Then charge us $145!!! If this happens why didn’t they suggest we check for this over the phone! We called and they kept saying “this is our policy”. I guess their policy is to take your money for no reason! SHAME ON YOU!

Had to have a service call due to some water leakage. The tech Anthony arrived on time, very professional, found and corrected the issue. Would definitely recommend.

We are so glad we called Springsoft and had the opportunity to have Al Shemluck come to our home. He educated us and solved our water problems with his years of experience!

Questions & Answers

The water pressure in my home is very low, but when the softener is bypassed the pressure is normal. So the softener is clogged. Any ideas on what is clogged? Medium? A screen or pipe? Thanks, Bill

Thank you for your question Bill - In short, it is likely the media within the system that is causing the drop in pressure. While there are several potential causes, this issue often arises for systems applied to chlorinated municipal water supplies (city water). The media within the softener will break down over time with exposure to the chlorine in the water, which will lead to increased pressure drop. While this effect is certainly not "over-night" gradual effects will be seen over time. This is dependent on the type of media used and the chlorine levels in your particular supply, however in most cases a reasonable life is on the order of 15-20 years. I hope this information is able to help!

My pressure tank is full of water. What should I pressurize it after emptying it?

Good Afternoon - thank you for your question! If this is a pressure tank for your Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System, we generally recommend a residual pressure of 6-8 PSI when the tank is empty. I hope this is able to help!
