Dont even bother bringing pits here. Just by looking at them ,they say they are aggressive and wont even bother to treat. Untrained, unprofessional staff.

This has got to be one of the worst Banfields out there. My dog needed a rabies booster so I went online and booked at this location because they were the only one that had a convenient appointment. After getting a confirmation email, I got a call a couple days later saying the appointment I’d made and had confirmed didn’t actually exist and that I’d need to drop him off early in the morning so they could “work him in”. I tried remaking the appointment and despite another confirmation email, just got another phone call telling me the appointment has been cancelled again. Obviously I’m not going to rebook a third time. This is not a great way to treat a wellness plan member who spends $60 a month to be able to come get vaccines as needed.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 27, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 27, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 27, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
