Would give -5 stars if it was an option. Had an MRI scheduled for 12:00PM. On scheduling call, asked to arrive early if possible, but by 12:00PM was OK. Ran late to appointment. Called on the way and was told so long as I arrive by 12:10PM...will be ok. Walked in door at 12:01PM. Stood in line at counter till 12:04PM. Turned away as not on their time schedule. DONE with Duly.

I have been going to DMG for over 35 years tonight I went to the immediate care in Bloomingdale the hours are posted they close at 9pm I was there at 8:40pm and was refused service along with 2 children with high fevers the place was empty and the receptionist refused to tell us who the on duty doctor was after she told us the doctor was done 30 min. Before they close when I asked to speak to the doctor the receptionist rolled her eyes at us and said fine.....we left and will be finding new doctors not involved with duly medical.

2 of the tech are the Rudest, lowest customer service attitudes I've ever seen.So blessed to have had the sweet tech take care of me. Not indictive of other locations. And I don't think we patients should have to sit and listen to full rap and gospel music, combined with one of techs singing along! If you ask question about what to do, they snap back. If you don't come when they call, they sigh, roll their eyes. I will be driving to Wheaton location from now on.
