No matter what you do don’t go to Jay the African American lady with short hair she is rude and unprofessional. This is the only time I have gotten this kind of attitude my previous experience with employees have been wonderful specially ladies sitting up front but Jay was nothing but unprofessional she didn’t even tel me her real name says she goes with J. Also the security officer thinks he is some high stuff the signs everywhere says put your phone on silent the security officer has the audacity to tell us that he can ask people to not use their phones because he has that much power . Stay away from this place !!

Call the local office near you and follow the prompts, I was able to successfully get someone a couple times recently. If the office is close by you can walk in now, I was able to do that at the Bloomingdale office and I was done in about 30 minutes.
Appointment is not necessary if you walk in. Just go and wait at the front door until they open. I went there 8:30AM.

I was there two weeks ago and they do have a phone number posted. I did not notice any online information. No in person appointments being made at this time.
You don't need appointment for drop off. They have a drop off box right when you enter the door.
When I went ot was a security guard and he said you have to call the number posted kn the door because they are only taking critical appointments I called and got everything handled over the phone hope this helps
There is a number on the door you can call but no in person meeting still.
That's what I was there for the guard would not even talk to me. They have a number on the window you can call they hang up on you. I was not able to get my children's social secured cards ordered.

No however the wait can be 2-3 hours without an appointment. I have done it with and without appointment and I had no wait with an appointment. However they are booked pretty far out, mine was five weeks from when I called.
