A very quiet, comfortable place in a great neighborhood. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel and good brands, function well. The central air and heating much more efficient cooling and heating than wall units. Indoor washer, dryer and private garage with spacious rooms gives more of a home residence feel. The staff are always friendly and provide a lot of fun activities for neighborhood to get to know each other!

This apartment needs maintenance, the Garage door inside is all tear off, everything is falling down. Now I understand why electricity bill is going up and up and up.

Great location with nearby stores within walking distance, pet friendly and the wetlands in the center make it a pleasure to walk and enjoy the outdoor greenery. Maintenance done timely and the staff is always cooperative!
