Stacy was really helpful making the admission process so easy. The staff is professional and caring. Physicsl therapy was successful and my mother was able to get strong enough to return home.

I don’t want to give them any stars!!! I had the worst experience ever!!! Do not send anyone there !!!! Horrible staff!!! The D.O.N has not done anything regarding my complaint!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

Zero stars if it was possible. Worst place ever! Mother in-law sent there by Central DuPage hospital for 2 weeks of rehabilitation. Contracted covid there and because the "insurance" is up today she needs to be picked up or pay out of pocket. They get her sick and kick her out. This is the absolutely by far the worst place I have ever heard of!! Avoid at all costs!!! Lawyers have been contacted. DuPage Health Department also. Medicare will be contacted Monday. Channel 7 next... Now she has past last night at 2250.

I worked here as an agency cna and the building itself was great I can’t say so much for the administration I was on a double nd politely asked to keep my assignment for the second part or the double evening staff said it shouldn’t be a problem bt when overnight came in after being late she tried to force me to move afterwards I said I would gladly go home home because I was no longer comfortable that’s when the administrator was rude telling me I had no option but to move assignments I said I do have options and one was to go home she then threatened me with a DNR and said I would eventually be blacklisted through the company as a whole she also threatened to call the police on me because I told her i didn’t have to stay and can she sign me out if your a nurse or cna who values their license I would avoid this building by all means

Some long term if beds are available
We have a mixed population of short term people here for rehab then back to the community, long term where residents live permanently and then theres our Memory Care unit when residents require more assistance with Activities of daily living. There are programs centered around individual needs of each population. We provide Spiritual services, exercise programs, fun programs and also Community outings..Pop in for a tour at your convenience, we would be happy to show what we offer. Don't live in the area? Ask about our 9 other locations. There is no known theft problems between residents.😊
