To say the Bloomingdale Post Office staff is unprofessional is a gross understatement. I had a business PO Box that was locked. However, the payment was current. It took more than 72 hours for a resolution. I was told by Eveyln, Post Master, to leave my number and someone would call back. I received no callback. I never received an answer as to why it was locked. At this point I'm looking for a refund. Save yourself the time and trouble and do business and mailing with UPS. Ugh!

Very rude staff. The man at the counter was yelling at me for asking a simple question… These people are paid to be here and be helpful but are the exact opposite. Be prepared for the worst service. Thought he might’ve had an off day, but clearly the other reviews prove that this is a typical occurrence.
