Terrible customer service they dont care what you think about them they say they do but they don't their actions are the opposite of what they say they never return your calls when you leave a voice mail some priests are rude some secretaries in some churches are rude and they dont do anything about it i have spoke to some of them in person about this issue but i haven't seen changes its been like this for years i had these experiences at 7 different churches here in the bay area very disappointing.

Questions & Answers

what is the salutation in a letter to the bishop

Allen Hayes | Sep 14, 2020

Your Excellency would be a formal salutation. Dear Bishop Cantu would also work.

I signed the petition this Sunday to halt the passing of legislation requiring priest to divulge information heard during the sacrament of confession. This is beyond appalling. Is the Pope planning on formally addressing this issue?

Claire Wemp | Sep 15, 2019

Bishop Cantú has written and published a letter against the bill, which you should be able to read on the diocese website. However, the Pope typically does not personally speak out about specific US state issues. They sometimes will issue a statement from the Vatican press office, though. I'm not personally aware of what is happening in that regard.
