The clerk refused to sell me a single postage stamp. He insisted that they only sell stamps by the book. So it ended up costing me $12 to mail a single piece of mail. Also, he was not friendly at all and rather rude.

Siri was amazing! I was in a rush to get my passport turned in to be processed and she made that happen without an appointment. Siri did ask if I had an appointment but I told her that I have everything ready and allowed me to get it done! The customer service was amazing! My recommendation is to come on a morning when no one is here and have everything ready (includes passport photos done, documents, and the form already filled out to get your passport; took me 10 minutes). 100% recommended going here rather than Murrieta’s postal office to get passports done.
juans alas
I reached out to the team working at the Wildomar post office recently via telephone in order to get some help. I spoke with Abed, he was kind enough to guide me through the USPS website to find exactly what I needed. Abed is highly skilled at his job and made sure any concern I had was handled with a sense of priority. I highly recommend this post office to any one looking for a quality costumer service experience

I came to this post office to get my kids passports. We came stood in line at 12:30 Mike was so nice. He helped us take pictures , gave my son a coloring book. And this other lady I forgot her name but she was so sweet. She allowed my son to use the bathroom, helped me out with filling out the form correctly. Over all the experience here was 5 star. I would recommend coming early if you have restriction with time. Bring snacks and relax. They are doing their job so come with some patience. I would highly recommend this place.

Judging from the website, no. Make an appointment as early as you can, then show up. They accept cash and debit. No credit cards I think.
Yes, both or one parent can be present with a notarized letter from the other.
It is not open on Saturdays. Check USPS.com to find offices that do passports on Saturdays.
Yes u can but u have to make a appointment online before hand.
Unfortunately, I believe it is up to the mailbox owners to resolve issues with blocked mailboxes. The USPS does not have to deliver if their access is blocked.
