Awful and rude employees. Went to check in for my son's appointment and it was cancelled by a nurse with no reason or notice. They were able to "fit us in" for our own appointment and acted as if I should be thanking them. One employee spent about 20 minutes talking to her son/bf(?) While there was a line making everyone wait for her to be finished.

Very unprofessional staff and I did not feel comfortable at all. Got blood drawn, and the phlebotomist was not being gentle careful. She was not being careful with the tubes and caused my blood to splatter and made a joke out of it.

I have been seeing a doctor here, he is great. However, they have a security guard standing at the front not allowing anyone in the building. You are expected to check in from your car. So you make the long walk (for me it's hard because I have an injured leg) then walk all the way back to check in. They give you a piece of paper for you to call to check in. I asked why is this happening, their answer was they have 300 extra patients coming daily for their covid vaccine. If this is the case, then set up a tent and make them all get their shots outside. Hot weather kills the virus and you have less chance of getting it out doors. I'll be looking for a new doctor.

Every time I come here I have to wait for hours. This time my son has a open wound on his leg and is in a lot of pain and we have been here over 2 hours and they haven’t even done vitals. The nurses are rude and the keep calling people in that came after us for things like a cold or elbow pain. Getting Kaiser insurance was the worst decision I ever made.

They are set up in the lobby and are there basically whenever yhe facility is open. They really want you to get a shot, so it is not hard to find them avsilable.
