I was looking for a new dermatologist and was a bit wary of this practice due to the mixed reviews. It sounds like it depends on who you see! When I called, I did not ask for a specific doctor or practitioner - just went with the first available. I saw one of the PAs, Amy Matorin, and had a great experience all around with scheduling, on time appointment, exam, etc. That was 7 months ago. I've now been to the practice twice, with a third visit upcoming, and I continue to have had positive experiences. I hope that continues, and I can only speak to my limited experiences there so far, but I've been very pleased and would recommend Amy Matorin to others for sure.
