Im super grateful to these apartments for renting out to us during a time when finding housing was extremely difficult(not because we didn’t qualify, but because the apartment/rental market was so booked). Santa Rosa took us under their wing and we ended up renting the 3bed 2ba here for a little over 8 months. Taylor and the staff were very friendly and they handled maintenance requests fairly easy and quick. All the neighbors I encountered were friendly. I love that the location was pet friendly and they have multiple doggie bag stations throughout the complex. The gym was open 24hrs. The pool was Great and had a nice relaxing jacuzzi. Overall the place was great and the staff made it super easy to return the apartment.

The process from work order submission to job completion was flawless. The maintenance staff were respectful and courteous the entire time…at the end they asked if there was anything else they can do for us. Thank you for taking care of our home and our needs. Tom

These apartments are absolutely beautiful, we love our new home! The office staff is always friendly and great and Amber made me and my husbands experience so amazing. Everything we get in our 3 Bed for the price is just something you can't beat! We look forward to our future here and growing our little family! Thanks for everything Santa Rosa staff!

Literally the only two reasons reason I'm not giving this apartment complex a 5 star rating is because the walls are so thin and because the dumpster was always over flowing. Seriously the thinnest walls I've ever experienced at an apartment complex. The garbage overflowing wasn't too big an issue because while yes it was over flowing it didn't end up spilling over. Everything else was a positive. The locations was amazing. There's enough parking for everyone (however you are allotted only to spaces including your garage). Maintenance issues were always resolved in a timely manner. There were no pest problems but there were some squirrels on our balcony from time to time which I found cute. It's great to raise a family and kids. The staff is super professional and friendly. They never hesitated to help out with any issues. And finally the moving out process was really easy. No over charges or anything of the sort. My roommate did leave some stains on our carpet so we did get charged for that but everything else was standard. Overall I'm really bummed to be leaving this place as it provide for a wonderful home. I would recommend this to friends and family.
