Waiting time is not the best, but worth it. Nothing is perfect. Lady at the desk is really nice and she tries her best to keep things running there. :)

Terrible customer service. Like HORRIBLE. At least on the phone. When i got to the office the lady was nice. But waited over 2 hours for the immunization form.

Please may you please answer the question? I am in my 30s but I have an extremely compromised immune system and I've been told this COVID is 100% fatal for me because of my immune system but every time I've spoke with a DOH worker they have been extremely rude and impatient towards me.
