Bunch of crooks, they will take money out of your bank account without permission. And you have to repeat your information over and over. Definitely not worth the headache! I didn't want to give them any stars, but had no choice!

They take entirely too long to deliver prescriptions. Local pharmacies are so much better and more convenient.

The worst pharmacy what is Tricare thinking????? Not once but twice my medications have been delayed and now they say delivered and when I went to my locked mail box it is not there! I call and they charged me for a new refill that I honestly can't afford. When I asked was there insurance on my RX they said no. Why wouldn't they????? So mad and having my RX mailed makes me feel so unsafe to know someone out there has my RX on there hands. And putting my health at risk also.

I apologize in advance, but w/o accessing your plan I would not be able to answer that question. Each plan has it's own individual co payment structure and because of formulary differences as well I would literally have to do a coverage check for that specific med. If you can pls call in we will be more than happy to assist you plus we're open 24/7

No this is a corporate office they won’t even let you in you have to be an employee. You can only talk about benefits over the phone.
