The worker DAVE that runs the The front office and handles phone calls needs be talked to on how to handle speaking to people. He was very rude to me threaten to call the cops on me hung up on me when I asked to speak to his supervisor this place of business is horrible I recommend nobody ever use this place. My only effort in writing this review was to get Dave spoken to by his supervisor because he refused to transfer me over to him when I asked to speak to his supervisor.

We are very satisfied with decision to store our belongings here. We had our home furnishings and keepsakes here for 6 months while between homes. We always felt that our belongings were safe and secure. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate with a trailer. One month my credit card didn't go through during the automatic payment. They were kind enough to call me immediately rather than charge me a late fee.
