I want to say Proctorville City National had the best customer service. I love the fact I can walk in and they know me by name. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very friendly.

They have improved by leaps and bounds from the last time I walked away from them

To everyone out there just wanna say don’t ever bank with city national I’ve been trying to get a account closed for weeks now and they keep pushing off telling me “oh it has to be escalated” or “sorry there’s pending transactions” i don’t know if it’s there way of trying to retain customers but def makes for not having to worry about losing them plus I don’t have over draft protection which means it should NOT allow things to go threw if they money isn’t there and they still let it and get charged a over draft on top of it just my experience never bank with them once I get done hopefully at some point getting the accounts closed now as I wanted just one originally now I’m closing them all I’ll never go back
