For whatever reason my mega carrier will only use this shop for last resorts. Wasn’t allowed to go there but there must be a reason a mega carrier would blacklist them with no other shop within 90 miles. Just a heads up.

Very friendly office staff will let you know if the counter is busy instead of leaving it ringing. Leave a message they will call back and they are really helpful with figuring out parts.
