What a wonderful experience. Our sales person Shelia was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very upfront and caring about our needs. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive! Thank you Shelia! While all above statement is true, I must add the following. We were told everything in line to be delivered on the 19th. On the 18th we get a phone call stating it would be delivered by the 29th. You are only as good as the COMPLETE process and this delay is very upsetting.
