My experience was not good had a fedex truck come out of Florence sc to my home in conway on Oct 1,2022 drop off box's that weight almost 200 lbs almost out in street not even in my driveway I have a big garage and the door was open so sad such lazy people in this world I had to drag them in garage. Am a 72y female thanks for listening.

Our local FedEx is outstanding. I was expecting a package which required a signature. Well, I have to work all day so no one would be home to sign. I called and asked if I could pick it up there and they kindly obliged. They had it waiting on me when I arrived and was out in less than 2 minutes. They are great in my book!

absolutely disgusting"service". The drivers lie, say they've delivered when NO ONE has been. They lose your items, constantly and when they do find them days (sometimes even weeks ) later you can almost guarantee its damaged and parts missing. NEVER known a company to operate as badly. Two separate delivery's due from two different places on the same day. First one at 2 pm said delivered, it was NOT. Second one at 313 said, no one home will try to deliver again, but after talking to the very foreign sounding representative on the 800 number turns out was same driver same route....so how can he deliver one and a hour later not be able to leave the other!!! and neither item was delivered......abysmal service run by liars and people that don't take care of your goods!!!
