No actually that is not the only reason. FedEx drivers are the worst and laziest people I’ve ever seen. You forgot to mention that FedEx sells routes to private contractors and since they’ve started doing this their service has greatly declined. UPS and USPS deliver my packages like clockwork. FedEx is the only one that I have this problem with when it comes to deliveries. I can pretty much expect that if something is coming via FedEx that I won’t see it for several days past expected delivery.

I called the 800 number to with no help at all so I screamed into the phone SPEAK TO A PERSON. A person actually came on the line & helped me. Hope this helps you. Good luck.

That makes sense. With the millions of deliveries they do, Let's have those customers go into the local center, talk to someone and slow the entire process down even worse, thereby causing delays to everyone else who would have gotten their package delivered correctly. Package handling isn't either. The should be able ro put the packages on the truck to get ro the correct address. When I receive an email saying my package eill be delivered today, thwn it takes 2 more days because of an "OPERATIONAL ERROR" ... translation....package put on the wrong truck....I order my rescues food in plenty of time...they just can't seem to put it on the correct truck. I suggest you practice being more respectful Mr. GUIDE

Best option is always in person about your shipping issues. It is for your security and safe handling of your packages. Hope this helps. As long as you have your tracking number just show them to the nice ladies there and they will take care of you.

Yeah but ups never has this problem. Fed ex needs to step their game up.

Mine are always left in my driveway! It's ridiculous. I've complained numerous times. Not to mention, items broken and destroyed.

Find out who picked up one box with the label. Was it Fedex Express or Fedex Ground. The tracking number will help you decipher the difference. Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and give them the tracking number and the driver will be notified for information on your unlabeled boxes.

Went that route. Useless. In fact the package I reported was on the porch when the driver left 2 more misdelivered packages.

About a month ago I went there to pick up a package and the driver wasnt back yet. I think I got there a few mins before they closed. The driver got there around 7pm or so, but I stayed there until he got there. Even though they were officially closed by the time he got there, as long as I got inside the door before they closed I was still allowed to stay and wait for the driver with no questions asked. Actually there were two other people waiting on their driver as well.

Whenever they are in your neighborhood with a package for you. They deliver to about 6pm, I had one delivery in morning and another in evening before.
