service is cool, their printer is out of order ,major inconveinence, staff are all cool for the most part helpful, no water fountain no printer, no five star.the thermostat could be lowered a bit.

Good place to grab a book. I enjoy going to tabletop game days, it's good for people who like to play role play stuff. The staff is really nice. Overall it's a good place to check out a book or go there to have some peace and quiet. I really recommend it.

The Library is open for Express Service Hours are: Mon 12pm-8pm Tue-Fri 10am-600pm Sat-10am-3pm Sun- Closed To request an item please visit us at our website: www.rivlib.net Or give us a call and we can order them for you. Once your books have been delivered call to schedule an appointment for pick up.
Walk ins yes I believe they have tax service. Times I'm not sure about. We went in in the afternoon after noticing they were open. You could call.
