I love it here. It’s so quiet and clean. And the giant parking spots are amazing. There is always extra parking for residents. The pool is usually quiet. It’s convenient to get maintenance when needed. The fire place in my apartment is amazing. Love the luxury. I’m coming up on a year of living here and it’s definitely the nicest community I’ve ever visited. The gates are always working and we have security visit often which makes it feel safe and calm.

The parking is a big issue! Although there may be plenty of spaces available inside the complex gates you are limited to only one car per adult and any other cars you may have will need to be parked outside. Just expect your car windows to possibly be broken into and have things stolen from you because your not allowed to you have an extra car inside. There is a waitlist for garage spaces as well. There are constant homeless people coming and going as well so what I once gave 4 stars to, I don’t recommend anymore as much anymore.

Very quite neighborhood and the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartments have a very nice style and colors and they are very open and bring a lot of light into the rooms. The ceiling are high which makes the apartment look bigger.

Wow!! Just wow! Helping a family find an apartment and we had covered just about everything in a 10 mile radius. Then we found Oak Springs Ranch. From the moment we walked in, we had a great experience. The lobby is beautiful and we were greeted right away by smiling helpful faces. We were introduced to Ernie who by far exceeded every expectation. He was helpful, listened to exactly what we needed and showed us everything that was important to us right away. We took a while trying to envision furniture in the place etc and never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Ernie really made what can be a stressful experience very seamless and smooth, and even FUN! This guy knows his product and customer service is top top notch. He made it very easy to make a decision on the spot. He Followed up after move in day to make sure everything was going well. I am confident that should any issues arise, they will be taken care of immediately. Rent with confidence. This place is amazing and so is Ernie!!
