Reading some of these reviews have me in shock, they make me feel like I shouldn’t feel how I feel about this place. But that’s their opinion am here is mine. They’re great, the place is always clean and staff very nice, there are only 2 ppl I like to stick me, they do it the best I feel. They have never sent me out feeling lite headed after a bad donation. They have new staff coming in a lot. I’ll assume because that’s the best place to get trained at. Everyone is always respectful

Prior to actually donating the plasma the Staff are very rude and inefficient. They wait until essentially rush hour to restock supplies and go on breaks. They need to do a better job. I go twice a week and the people always seem to be in a bad mood. The phlebotomists are great however. I love them. If the staff was better I would give them 5⭐️Additionally, after coming here 42 donations, without any additional tattoos. I was asked not to return because they failed to see a small tattoo on my wrist. Patients shouldn't be punished for the lack of attention to detail/care of the staff. Unless you have no other option/ride avoid this specific center at all costs. It will save you time.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and as soon as I'm allowed I will transfer to another location. Every single time they have been rude and don't do much to try and help customers. Let me explain. First visit, I called and asked what was needed to donate first time. I was told social security card, Identification, and proof of address. I told them I don't have my social to which she replied I can use my bank account statement or 1099. She never said that those document must show my actual social security on them, which it doesn't because it only shows last 4, so instead of making that clear on the phone when I called she didn't and I wasted my time and gas that day because of thier poor lack of information. On my 2nd visit, when I arrived there where a few more patients than usual. Instead of working thru the line of people they decided to put 2 nurses to check people in when they have 5 booths. You can hear the lady talking to each other about how they had "nothing but time" and will take as long as they want. I was a first time donor so very ugly impression. On my third visit, which is my 2nd to donate, should be a faster more pleasant experience......guess not. The nurse from my prior visit who did my intake was not specific enough in the details of my tattoo so I was deferred and made to sit down and wait again. 30 min passed until I stood up and found an employee in the back to handle my situation, which she then did very quickly. So I sat around for 30 min in and empty room on a Monday morning because the intake nurse did not escalate the situation and instead had me "sit and wait". I will not be returning here and will make sure people i know that donate do not return here. The phlebotomists are great.....rest of staff is terrible Update still the worst facility I've been too. Take me longer in line than donating

100$ then 125 for 2nd donation of the week
What if you only have one form of id?? Your license?
For the very first donation they pay you $100 the second they pay you $120 and then the remaining six they pay you $100
You have to call before going to see if there is someone in Spanish so that you do not go for pleasure
Yes they do
You get about 65..70.. your first few times then it drops. You get paid depending on how much you weigh
No. After donating whole blood you would be unable to donate plasma for at least 8 weeks so that your body can replenish its red blood cells. Though I am aware of persons doing so a week or two earlier... after failing to disclose the whole blood donation and passing the screening... It is after 8 weeks (Federal Guidelines) that you can do so SAFELY. Be honest, it's in consideration for your health & welfare that the FDA has provided this guidance for donation centers.
