I've have experienced excellent 👌 customer service whether over the phone, in person or the drive thru I've banked with them since the old Eastern credit union was dissolved if anyone can remember that far back

Yes i have a secured credit card over the last 7 yrs now an I'm a Platinum card holder and the interests rate is very low I seriously think that you should suggest opening up account at your nears branch

Yes, used to be back in the days you had to somehow get "vetted" in, but not now.
