Consultations require a scheduled appointment. Then you have to reserve the appointment(s) for the work. Depending on the artist you'll likely have to wait, they're extremely good and largely booked for many many months out. I think each artist charges differently per hour. I would call the shop and see who they recommend because they all have their specaltities and then just get a consultation.
She's an amazing piercer and in high demand. Call and ask first. Professional piercers don't use guns.
They have a piercing specialist at the back. Pretty sure he'll pierce anything, plus he's super quick and friendly. Trust his advice too

I got my tragus done there and it depends on what jewelry you choose. Mine ended up around $75 but that included the cleaning Solution as well. These guys are super clean and very professional. You probably won't find anyone better.

If you want to get numbing cream, you can buy the highest lidocane beforehand and apply it. It's best to apply in a thick layer and wrap with Sarah wrap to keep it from smeasribg or drying. However, itr can be a little costly, and it honestly doesn't do that much for a tattoo. It certainly doesn't make it numb so you can't feel it. When someone is having a hard time getting through a tattoo, or we take breaks, or simple if someone asks for it, we do have Bactine which has lidocane in it, but generally only helps where the skin is already broken, for when you are shading and going over an area.
