This place needs to be investigated for improper procedure. Also they never answer the phone and they all seem to be confused on any questions one might ask. It needs attention for sure and I will be contacting as many organizations as I can to get this looked into.

Yes you can through the website.
They don't answer questions over the phone, you have to go in and ask. Tbh if you have a case worker number you some times might not get a call back either.
You can call the office and there is an extension to report fraud
Go to the job and family services window and tell them what you need they can pull it up on computer and print it for you
Call and ask for their supervisor. And tell them you have a complaint
