The jail section should be and will be investigated. So anyone with family or friends locked up beware. They may serve and protect but the C.O's do not protect the inmates and a few of them on the night In question and under review should not have a job. The incident is also being reported to the news stations and the local Mayors office!!

Call the Sheriff's office and ask them to run you. Or go there and see if you do.
They have a kiosk in the lobby or you can mail in a money order and I think they'll also take cash.
8-4 M-F. You don't need to bring a picture they do it there. They are about the quickest around. Took 2 days to get mine
