8-4 M-F. You don't need to bring a picture they do it there. They are about the quickest around. Took 2 days to get mine
I was told Monday thru Friday 8-5! I turned my app in on Tuesday and got it Thursday or Friday!
Thank you, also do you know if they take your picture, there or if I need to bring one? The instructor said Adam's county takes your picture at the sheriff's department when you turn in application, but didn't know about Highland. Thanks agaib
