I go there every month to visit my doctor. When have to get labs done or xrays or a scan, they are the best at doing them. They treat you like a person and they go out of their way to make your experience their more enjoyable and not so inperisible.

Just go in the door and the nurse will help you out
No appointment necessary. Just drive up towards the ER and follow the signs. Once you get to the sign with a phone number, pull over to the curb and call that number. They will collect some info and then send someone out to your car. It's pretty simple.
