If I could give zero stars I would. We've come here a few times for my baby's respiratory problems. Every time we come here we wait for hours just to be seen. I've been here for over 4 hours now in the ER and they did an xray on her chest 2 HOURS AGO and no one is telling us ANYTHING. I'm hungry, I need to go home and put my other kids to bed becauae they have school tomorrow. This hosptial is a joke. All these nurses laughing and carrying on but no one is talking to us about what's going on with my daughter. I HATE this place.

I went here for severe kidney stone pain and I was in 6 hours of agonizing pain to which NOBODY AT THE HOSPITAL HELPED ME WITH!!! They left me in severe pain throughout my entire hospital visit claiming it had something to do with "people abusing the system" so they refused to give me any type of pain relief. I'm sorry, but that is wrong to leave people laying around in our waiting room for 2 hours and an additional 4 hours running tests and leaving your patient lie there in severe pain. Pain so unbearable I threw up TWICE in the lobby's bathroom. When I asked them what do I do for the pain I'm in, they told me to just take Ibuprofen. Yeah you don't think I already tried that? That's why I'm at the hospital in the first place! The staff was kind and friendly, but that doesn't even begin the remedy the fact that a majority of that visit was me just laying around in agonizing pain.
