Nurses on floor were amazing! Friendly and helpful and not cranky! Doctor check-ins are unreliable. Waited over 12 hours for sleeping pill. By them it was noon the next day. Thorough care.

The worst hospital ever they don't come in they have you waiting for hours until you keep complaining the lack of respect for this hospital is out the window they deserve no stars

We enjoyed a nice tour of the labor and delivery area. The facilities were wonderful, however we ultimately decided we won’t be delivering at this hospital as they require laboring mothers to wear a mask when hospital staff is present in the delivery room (as of 10/06/22).

This is such a bad hospital.. the lack on empathy from the nurses is ridiculous. I had a nurse that was so rude to my mother after she had a surgery and was brought into her room. On top of it my mother told me nobody came into her room for a whole hour once she was brought to it post op. She told me she had to yell so someone could come in. Her emergency button remote was also no where near her. I was shaking from how upset I was. I told the nurses on the floor I wanted a different nurse for my mother but they tried to say the nurse was usually a sweetheart. I don't care if she was having a bad day you don't take it out on the patient. The only person I felt was actually taking good care of my mother was the tech. We will not be returning to this hospital. Nurses here lack empathy and compassion. I was disgusted by how they treated my 67 year old mother. If I wasn't there my mother wouldn't have spoke up because she's just not like that. But boy did I let them have it. I'm not going to say they all are like the but from the reviews I'm seeing a lot of people have had this problem with lack of compassion from nurses. They need to fix this. On top of it the nurse was giving me an attitude when I asked her questions. My mom said she was cold and the nurse turned the air from 60 to 79 degrees... the nurse should not be taking care of anyone. I can't even imagine what she would have done had I not said anything or to other patients. Will not be returning.

They dont realize if their epidural machine has enough battery or not. Imagine you r in labor for 24 hours ....
They will get in touch with you when you write a bad review..
No, they probably won't be for a while yet. You can always call and ask them too!
That would depend on the patient and which room they are in. Just call the main number amd ask for the person your looking for. Number to call back will be written on the white board in front of them in their room.
I believe 8 an
Been in the ER for myself 4 times and was treated very well and other family members were also treated well. I understood that it takes time to get the results back from tests before a decision can be made.
Me too horrible hospital, almost died from a cdiff infection they should have told me I had, only goin to st Luke's Anderson, did the same test, admitted me for a week, screw this place, everyone go st lukes
