If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. Dad going through chemo treatment and had major side effects. Was given a "triage nurse" number to call, which initially took 40 minutes to get to a human. Once someone picked up the phone, she could not find my name on the authorized list to speak about the patient, but did say both my sisters are on the list (mind you all three of us were added). I had my sister next to me who was able to speak with her. Turns out she could not help us and said to wait on hold again for a different nurse. This took another 37 minutes, once the phone was answered, this incompetent human first could not find my dad anywhere in the system. Once her brain cells started moving a little, she eventually found his file. When it came to us asking the question, somehow, magically, all the authorized names on my dads file were not there. We didn't need any info about our dad from his file, just wanted to know if we could give him a relief medication to help with the intense pain. How these people are employed, let alone nurses who treat people, is beyond my understanding. Do yourself a favor and avoid anything tied in with "Fairview". This is honestly a joke of an establishment. During the time period when a family is already going through such stress, this type of added stresser should not even exist and is beyond my comprehension that it does. Healtheast was an incredible company that was ruined by Fairview, which is very unfortunate.

The doctor that I saw for the sleep consultation was difficult to talk to and made me feel really uncomfortable. She was a little difficult for me to understand at times because of her accent too. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but she got really upset with me for no reason and almost ended the consultation. She had some helpful advice for my sleep issues but I think she needs to work on her professionalism, patience, and general people-skills because I've never had these issues with any other doctors I've seen.

Easy to get to, easy parking. Imaging department is excellent. Both my wife and I are being treated for Hemorrhoids. Also, I was treated for a shoulder problem. The wait between injection and the bone scan provides time for a short trip to McDonalds or Taco bell :-)

Brought my 81 year old mother for a Dr appt today. Her Dr was not listed on the directory so I had no idea if we were in the right place. Not a single person inside the bldg to ask, nobody doing Covid screenings either. I called the phone number to find out but after 11mins on hold because they are "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" I gave up & guessed where she needed to go. Such a far cry from Park Nicollet across the street!! Hopefully this is her last appt here.
