Annette is an absolute God send! She connected with my daughter when other practitioners treated her like they didn't care. I know my daughter loves her and is thankful for Annette. Shout out to Eau Claire Family Medicine in Little Mountain. By far, the most pleasant, knowledgeable staff I have encountered in a very long time. From the phone conversations, to the face to face encounters with each of the staff members, it can't be any better. Annette Burden is, and always has been a caring, warm, honest to goodness healthcare provider. I can't say enough "If you need a primary care provider.....FNP Annette is a great go-to!...as is her staff!"

Good luck getting anyone to answer. That is the worst managed doctor's office you will ever find! The best Dr they ever had was Michelle Archer and she is gone. LMFP will NOT tell anyone where she us practicing now.
